You cannot consult anyone, and the only thing you want is: go and see the vet! My guess is, that you have been to places with lots of dogs lately, so she might have caught something that was in the air.... Dogs also pass on colds and throat infections to each other, and some cold water or wind might just have made it active in Nisha. Good luck, hopefully the coming night will be better already!
